FURY FROM THE DEEP

David Troughton reads this exciting novelisation of a classic Doctor Who adventure. In the dark, uncharted depths of the North Sea it has lurked, growing in strength, growing in size, and striking terror into the hearts of mariners down the untold centuries. Landing near a North Sea gas refinery off the east coast of England, the Tardis crew are immediately accused of sabotage. Several rig crews have mysteriously vanished, strange pressure build-ups have been detected, and in the refinery's pipelines the Doctor can hear the steady, rhythmic beat of - what?

THE CHASE

Through a Space-Time Visualiser the Doctor and his companions are horrified to see an execution squad of Daleks about to leave Skaro on a mission to find the Tardis and exterminate the time travellers. Eluding the Daleks on the barren planet Aridius the Doctor and his friends escape in the Tardis. But this is only the beginning of an epic journey.

THE UNDERWATER MENACE

The TARDIS arrives on an extinct volcanic island, beneath which lies a fantastic subterranean world inhabited by the primitive Atlanteans. The Doctor and his companions move from the frying pan to fire when they are rescued, from death at the jaws of hungry sharks, by the mad Professor Zaroff - whose plans involve nothing less than the destruction of the whole world.

GENESIS OF THE DALEKS

The Doctor with his travelling companions, Sarah and Harry, have landed on a desolate planet called Skaro. As he surveys the barren landscape, a Time Lord appears and tells him he has been brought there to try and avert the creation of the Daleks, and thus prevent them from being the dominant creature in the Universe...'

THE WAR MACHINES

It's 1966, and London's brand new Post Office Tower looms over the Doctor and Dodo as they step from the TARDIS. When the Doctor meets Professor Brett, creator of a new, superintelligent computer called WOTAN, he is intrigued to hear of a plan to link all the major computers around the world. But there is more to WOTAN than meets the eye: it secretly believes humans to be inferior to machines, and already has a number of Post Office Tower staff under hypnotic power.

THE LAST VOYAGE

The TARDIS materialises on board the maiden voyage of a pioneering space cruiser, travelling from Earth to the planet Eternity. Shortly afterwards, he discovers that nearly all the passengers and crew have disappeared.

THE RING OF STEEL
