Fantasy Movies

Science fiction films have been with us for a long time, as shown in the classic Sci-Fi and they show what potentially could be if only we could understand the science. Fantasy movies, on the other hand, deal with topics that are impossible, such as magic. However, why are we including fantasy at all. There are two reasons. The first is that with advancing science, the science itself could seem like magic. In other words a being could be so scientifically advanced that with our current level of understanding it would appear to do magic (an example of this in Sci-Fi is Q from Star Trek). The second reason is that we enjoy fantasy films and wanted to include our favourites.
