TIME AND THE RANI

After being attacked by the Rani, the TARDIS crash-lands on the planet Lakertya. On the floor of the console room, the Doctor begins his sixth regeneration...In his post-regenerative confusion the Doctor is separated from his young companion Mel and tricked into assisting the Rani in her megalomaniac scheme to construct a giant time manipulator.The Doctor must recover his wits in time to avoid becoming a permanent part of the Rani's plan to collect the genius of the greatest scientific minds in the Universe...

PARADISE TOWERS

Mel wants to go swimming so the Doctor takes her to a tower block called Paradise Towers where there is reputed to be a fantastic pool. When they arrive they discover that the place is far from being the superb leisure resort they had expected - it is run-down and dilapidated. The hallways are roamed by gangs of young girls known as Kangs; the apartments are inhabited by cannibalistic old ladies, the Rezzies; and the building is managed by a group of dictatorial caretakers, presided over by the Chief Caretaker…

DELTA AND THE BANNERMEN

The doctor is joined by Mel on a space bus tour to Disneyland, a prize they had won. The space bus becomes deadly when another intergalactic traveller is met, the Chimeron Queen Delta. She is fleeing from Gavrok and his Bannerman who have genocidal ambitions. The doctor and Mel must shield Delta and the child she is hatching from an egg in this intense space drama.

DRAGONFIRE

On the planet Svartos, the Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and Mel unexpectedly encounter an old friend – Sabalom Glitz. Joined by Ace, a teenage waitress with a love for explosives, the group ventures off to find the fabled Dragonfire treasure.

REMEMBRANCE OF THE DALEKS

It is 1963, and the Seventh Doctor, Sylvester McCoy arrives in London with new companion Ace (Sophie Aldred), where two Dalek factions are engaged in a deadly search for the Hand of Omega

THE HAPPINESS PATROL

On the planet Terra Alpha, the population constantly displays happy smiles. Anyone feeling remotely glum disappears. Quickly. Having heard disturbing rumours, the Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and Ace arrive to topple the entire regime.

SILVER NEMESIS

Earth, 1988: While the Doctor and Ace flee from emotionless men wielding futuristic pistols, neo-Nazi Herr de Flores is intent on heralding the Fourth Reich. Meanwhile, the villainous Lady Peinforte uses black magic to propel herself forward from 1638 for a final confrontation with her sworn enemy – the Doctor. And, at the same time, a spacecraft full of Cybermen sets down on Earth.

THE GREATEST SHOW IN THE GALAXY

Although Ace hates clowns, the Doctor decides to take his companion to the Psychic Circus on the planet Segonax. There they find a group of scared performers who live in fear of the sinister and creepy Chief Clown. But what is so dangerous about this particular circus, why is there such a small audience and will Ace be able to overcome her fear before it’s too late?

BATTLEFIELD

Battlefield instantly wins favour by bringing back Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, played with his usual dignity and class by Nicholas Courtney. Along with companion Ace, they then find themselves caught up in an Arthurian adventure, with nods to Merlin, Excalibur, and the Lady in the Lake.

GHOST LIGHT

In 1883 the Doctor takes Ace to a house called Gabriel Chase in her home town of Perivale. Josiah Samuel Smith lives in the house but he turns out to be the evolved form of an alien who was brought to Earth in a stone spaceship which is in the basement of the house. Another member of the house is Redvers Fenn-Cooper who is out of his mind with what he has seen but Smith wants his help in killing Queen Victoria and restoring the British Empire to its former glory.

THE CURSE OF FENRIC

This is one of the best Sylvester McCoy stories. The plot craftily borrows from John Carpenter’s 1979 chiller The Fog. Guest stars Nicholas Parsons as a vicar

SURVIVAL

Having taken Ace to the present in order for her to visit her friends, the Doctor soon discovers that they have been shanghaied by the cat-like Kitlings, and transported through space to their home planet. Arriving on the planet, it soon becomes clear that the kidnapping had been undertaken in order to set a trap for the Doctor.
